Walk-Up Registration is available, rates are as follows:
Students (Under 26 w/ valid ID): $45
Kids (16 and under): $30
All rates include 2 days of SpaceUp LA activities (Saturday – Sunday including T-5 Talks). No single-day rates available.
All walk-up participants will receive patches, raffle entry, meals. T-shirts are subject to availability and will be distributed after pre-registered participants receive their items.
Walk-up registration accepts credit card and check. Please make checks out to “AIAA Los Angeles-Las Vegas Section” with “SpaceUp LA” in the memo line.
**Children 5 and under are free with paying adult. Children do not receive event promotions (t-shirt, giveaways, raffle entries, etc) unless paying Kids rate.
**T-Shirts and Patches have been ordered and are now available on a first-registered, first served basis. T-Shirt sizes are now subject to availability. As of 11/07, a few of each size listed are still available**
- Lunch and Dinner buffets on Saturday, Breakfast and Lunch buffet on Sunday, and unlimited snacks and drinks all day, both days during the event.
- Custom SpaceUp LA t-shirt, badge, mission patch, and other goodies provided by our sponsors!
- An awesome opportunity to network with local space industry professionals and enthusiasts!
We will ensure cost remains minimal for attendees. ALL registration fees are used to directly support the event. SpaceUp LA 2013 is run by AIAA, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

SpaceUp LA is non-profit and run by local space enthusiasts. We are paying for the startup of this event out of our own pockets, so donations are highly appreciated and will ALL be

Note: in lieu of cash, we gladly accept sponsorship in the form of specific event purchases (such as patches, t-shirts, giveaways for attendees). If you would like to donate an amount greater than the Level 2 sponsorship level, please
contact us directly to help us avoid excess processing fees and get additional sponsorship benefits.
